  • What are your store hours? When can I order?
  • Dinner Diva is open Monday through Friday, 10am-7pm for lunch and dinner and Saturday and Sunday from 8am-2pm for breakfast and lunch. You can order on-line at any time; however we recommend that you call us (513-492-7911) if it is past 2pm and you'd like to order for same day pick up.  You can also order ahead (for example, order a dinner for Wednesday and Friday on Monday).   • What's included with each dinner?
  • Each fresh, adult-sized dinner includes an entrée and 1-2 sides (see specific menu item for details). In addition, you can add a salad, soup, freshly-baked bread, and/or "Diva Delights," our specially made desserts. Our family meals are just the entree (no sides) with the exception of our Chicken Parmesan which comes with linguine. Back to top
  • What time can I pick up dinner? How will I be able to carry my 1 year old and dinner to the car? Any chance you deliver?
  • You can pick up your fresh and healthy dinner anytime between 4pm and 7pm daily and often even earlier - just ask! You indicate your preferred pick-up time when ordering. We know things don't often go as planned, so if you are running really late, you may want to let us know so your dinner doesn't get cold waiting for you. If you have small children in the car, be sure to use our FREE curbside valet service. Just call and let us know you've arrived and we'll bring dinner out to you. Unfortunately, we don't offer any delivery service at this time. Back to top
  • It's 4pm and I just remembered my son has soccer practice and I won't be able to make dinner, but I haven't ordered anything. Can you help?
  • Absolutely! We are happy to accomodate your last-minute dinner need, whether you want dinner hot and ready or ready to reheat when you get home.  We also have items available in our "Grab & Go" fridge.  These are items we've made fresh but then chilled down so they will need to be reheated.  You can also pick up a container of our freshly made marinara sauce to delight some pasta for another busy night!   • Do I still have to cook the meal when I get home? What about reheating?
  • Our meals are fully cooked and ready-to-eat unless you tell us differently (we will give them to you cold if you know you aren't going to eat them right away). If the meal isn't hot enough by the time you get home, we recommend microwaving most items in short increments until it is warm enough for your liking. If reheating directions are different than this, we'll let you know by indicating on the item when you pick it up. Back to top
  • Do you offer gift certificates?
  • Sure do! They are available in any denomination you choose.  What a great gift for a family with a new baby or someone who just moved into a new home and is still unpacking the kitchen. Ask us for more details. Back to top
  • My child is a very picky eater. What options do you have for him?
  • We offer a number of items that are specifically geared toward children (see our kids' menu). Even though they may look and taste like typical kid-friendly items (chicken tenders, mac-n-cheese, etc), ours have "special" ingredients - fruits, vegetables, and whole grains that your child probably won't notice. We won't tell if you don't! Back to top
  • How often does the menu change?
  • Our menu changes often based on what fresh ingredients we find each week.  Certain items are "regulars" and you'll see them appear on the menu each week. We also usually have at least 2 Chef Specials - delicious, specialty items available in limited quantities.   If there's something you like but don't see on the menu, let us know. We always consider input and special requests from our customers. Back to top
  • My daughter is allergic to nuts. Do you use nuts in your recipes?
  • Some of our menu items do contain certain types of nuts, so if you have a concern about any type of allergy, please check with us (all of the ingredients are not listed in the brief on-line description, but we can certainly tell you what's in them based on our recipes). Back to top
  • Do you have any gluten-free meals? What about low-carb options? Low-calorie?
  • We are happy to work with you if you have special dietary concerns and we try to have at least one low calorie option at all times.   Please call us to discuss your situation, and we'll do our best to work with you to find a delicious solution. Back to top
  • We're tired of eating sandwiches for our company meeting. Do you cater?
  • We'd be delighted to talk with you about providing fresh and healthy food for your special events, whether it's 3 people or 300 people.  Please give us as much notice as possible before the event to allow us time to come up with just the right food for your event. Back to top
  • What discounts do you offer?
  • We offer discounts for families with foster children and seniors (65 and over).  We also have special offers for those on our mailing list and occasionally have coupons that appear in local publications.  We have a frequent buyer card that rewards you with one free entree after you purchase 11 adult entrees. Unless you prefer to keep it with you, we'll keep the card at the store so it's one less thing for you to carry.  Just remind us to punch out the appropriate number of entrees each time you come for pick-up.  Before long, you'll earn yourself a free dinner in the form of a $10 gift certificate - you can use it on any of our menu items.   Ask us for more details.

  • What is your cancellation policy? What if I order a meal, but then realize at the last minute I won't be able to get there to pick it up before you close?
  • First, if you aren't going to make it, please let us know as early as you can. If you order on-line and have prepaid for your meal, we will credit you 1 free meal of equivalent price (so if you ordered 2 servings, you'll get 2 servings free). If you haven't paid, it won't be an issue. However, we don't like to waste any food, so if we find this is becoming a regular problem, we may need to work out some other arrangement with you.
